All services provided by Digital Dynamix are subject to our refund policy. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
2. Website Development Services
For website development projects:
- Deposit/Advance Payments: Any deposit or advance payments made before project commencement are non-refundable.
- Stage Payments: Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.
- Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a project before completion, any work already completed will be billed, and the remaining balance may be refunded.
3. Digital Marketing Services
For digital marketing services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription services once the month has begun.
- Prepaid Campaigns: Refunds for prepaid campaigns will be considered if the campaign has not been initiated.
- Ad Spend: Any advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is non-refundable.
4. Rental Services
For rental services:
- Advance Bookings: Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date will not be refunded.
- Security Deposits: Security deposits are refundable after the rental period, subject to inspection.
5. Digital Products
For digital products (templates, software, etc.):
- All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
- Once the product has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and contact information
- Invoice or order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation
7. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Processing fees and transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount
